Chapter 804

Thalassa’s body jerked violently from the sudden stop, and as the car steadied, so did she. Before she could react, Lysander had unbuckled his seat belt, exited the driver’s seat, and slid into the back seat with her. His large hand clamped around her chin, turning her face towards him. “You don’t know who I am, do you? Well, let me enlighten you.”

Thalassa looked at him. His icy gaze was as deep as a bottomless abyss. It was so intense that it sent her heart racing in sheer panic.

Before she could say anything, her chin was clamped tight, her lips lifted, and his forceful kiss seized her.

“Mmh…” Thalassa’s breath was stolen away by his domineering kiss. His potent masculine scent pervaded her senses, infiltrating her pores and claiming dominion over her bloodstream, her heart, her senses.

It set her blood ablaze, made every cell in her body restless and anxious. Her heart pounded furiously, like boiling water in a kettle.

It was always like this. Every time she infuriated him, he would make her pay.

Thalassa felt a mountain of grievances welling up inside her. She’d managed to snap back at him just moments ago, only to have him retaliate with a fierce, devouring kiss.

Her grievances flooded over. She refused to be dominated by him any longer.

She began to resist, her hands pushing against his firm chest. The scorching heat radiating from him caused her heart to flutter, but she didn’t cower. She pushed him away with all her might.
