Lysander's gaze was heavy and penetrating, locking onto Thalassa with an intensity that felt almost tangible. The moment Thalassa caught those piercing eyes, her heart sank, and she couldn't help but feel cornered.

"Oh, right, shrimp tastes better with sauce," Callum suddenly chimed in, his fork smoothly swooping into Thalassa's plate to pick up a shrimp. He dipped it into the sauce bowl with a practiced motion and brought it up to Thalassa's lips.
