A hurried voice cut through his thoughts.

"Bro, you're actually here! Hurry up, we need to get to the hospital. Dad's been in a car accident, they're trying to save him, and Mom's called us all to be there!"

Rosalind burst into the room, breathless and panting, clearly having run all the way.

After getting the call from their mother, Rosalind had immediately tried to reach Reginald by phone, but when she couldn't get through, she called Reginald's assistant. The assistant told her he was here, and since Rosalind was nearby, she made a beeline for the place.

"What?" Reginald's expression darkened, visibly tensed.

Hearing Rosalind mention that Joshua had been in a car accident and was in critical condition, Thalassa couldn't help but feel her own heart tighten.

"Let's go, we need to hurry," Rosalind urged Reginald, anxiety coloring her tone.

Reginald turned to leave, but after a few steps, he paused as if remembering something, then turned back and grabbed Thalassa by the arm. "Come with me!"

Reginald's grip was firm, causing Thalassa's arm to ache, but she didn't dare resist, fearing she might dislocate her arm.
