Drying her hair, she was wrapped in his navy bathrobe, which seemed almost too large for her, engulfing her entirely. "Aunt Karen was... asking why you called her, about looking for an obstetrician."

Silence fell heavily between them.

Felicity tensed at his words, a reaction Miles interpreted almost as a confirmation of his suspicions.

He approached her, his dark eyes filled with earnestness and hope, "Felicity... are you... are you pregnant?"
