The Royal Grand Convention covered forty-five thousand square feet in size. Convention halls one and two were connected, accommodating most guests. Convention hall three was strictly for direct families and close friends only.

Made-up Yoshino Cherry trees were settled precisely on alternate tables, while some were placed on the sides. Each tree gleamed with white and blue lights, illuminating the venue.
