Chapter 602 Josiah Treats Lysander Differently

Josiah understood what she meant. “Let them talk. Let’s go. Get in the car.”

Lysander maintained her politeness and said, “We’re not headed in the same direction today. I’m planning to visit the Thome manor.”

Josiah remained expressionless and nodded. “That’s fine. I should visit my mother anyway. It’s still on the way.”

Lysander didn’t bother to think if he had changed his plans on a whim and responded coolly, “My new driver reported for duty today.”

Seeing that he was determined to give her a ride, Lysander lowered her head and quickly walked to the parking space by the roadside to avoid further public scrutiny.
