Sean nodded solemnly. "You know how much drama there was and how it changed Charles for the worse." The memories still tugged at Sean's heartstrings. "Everyone had such high hopes back then." While Sean was talking, he noticed Peter staring off toward the kitchen, lost in thought. "What's on your mind?"

"I've got a feeling you're wrong about that," Peter said with a smirk. "Noelle's not like that other woman, and Charles isn't as hung up on her as you think. I don't see her as a real threat."
