Noelle pointed upstairs. "Charlie brought in a chief engineer from abroad who needs to stay in Brookville for a year. I thought staying in a hotel for that long wouldn't be ideal, so we went looking for a place. "Charlie said this villa was empty, and it would be a waste not to use it."
