When I wake up again, I’m warm and Mason is wrapped up around me. I have to smile, knowing that he’s mine and that my life will be a good one. I don’t have to worry about Mason mistreating me. I know he loves me.

His love for me was obvious in our mating last night. He was trying so hard to be gentle with me, wanting to make sure he didn’t hurt me, but I wasn’t having any of it. I wanted him and I’d waited long enough.
