Right near the private jet is not only my father and his nurse, but Dominic's parents, Sophie and Jake, all of them getting their stuff loaded up inside.

As Dominic and I get closer, my mother-in-law is the first to notice me and she waves with excitement. "You're here! We've all been waiting for you!"

I walk even faster to embrace her and as we break the hug, I chuckle with excitement. "What's everyone doing here?"

"I had a funny discussion with your father," my father in-law says, holding out his arms to embrace me. "I realized I needed a vacation for three days, so my wife and I decided to tag along." "Me too!" Sophie chimes in.

"Same here!" Jake says with enthusiasm.

Everyone seems so excited to be here that it fills my heart with joy.

I look over at my father and he can't stop smiling as he shrugs and says, "I also couldn't believe it when they arrived. Please load this up as well." He looks behind him, talking to his nurse.

I look over at Dominic again as he talks to his father and he seems just as surprised as I am. This is about to get better and unforgettable for all of us.

After the private jet takes off, I sit close to my mother-in-law who wants to have a word with me in private.

She looks over at Dominic and says, "I've observed that my son has changed and in a good way. One thing I can say for sure is that he's happier now. I first noticed this a few weeks ago. It's definitely nothing to do with Project J-22 or everything else he has coming up, which only leaves one person responsible for this change."

She suggestively nods her head at me and I look away, pressing my lips together as I wonder if I really have anything to do with it.

"Whatever it is you've been doing for him, keep going," she encourages me.

I embarrassingly smile, thinking about how the only thing Dominic and I have frequently done is make love.

After arriving at our destination, we all check into a hotel. We all could have easily stayed at one of the Richards hotels, but my father wanted to do something different.

The entire top floor is booked only by us as it has the most exclusive suites.
