Thalia's heart was hanging in suspense. She wished she could teleport to where her father was being held the next second.

The faces of the officers showed excitement as they gradually got a lead on the investigation. Thalia's heart started settling down; this meant they had the upper hand. All that was left was to quickly find the kidnappers' hiding place and bring her father back!

She had not even considered Claudia. She even darkly thought that it would be better if Claudia died in this kidnapping. Then, no one would come between her and her father's affection for the rest of her life. 'Claudia, oh Claudia, this isn't me cursing you. It's all retribution for stealing Lucas away from me! If you had cared about me even a little, you would've stayed away from him!' thought Thalia.

The fact that Claudia and Lucas were both kidnapped together made her realize the truth. Claudia was truly a 'good' sister to her.

'Although she says that she won't date around and that studying is the most important thing, she secretly clings to Lucas tightly!' thought Thalia.
