Originally, Chelsea had been thinking of arranging blind dates for her grandson. She knew young people then were mostly focused on their careers and lacked opportunities to meet new people. However, she quickly canceled the arrangement when she learned of the news. It would be humiliating for the other families if they let their daughter go to the Parr family's house. Her grandson already had a partner, so what was the point of arranging blind dates?
