The artwork’s theme was pastoral landscape painting. To highlight the interior design, the few designers made bold decisions in the architecture. A road teeming with flowers and plants was laid out in front of a row of village houses under the setting sun.

Bethany and her husband studied everyone’s painting for a while. When they reached Shirley, they even offered some personal guidance to enhance the richness of the architecture.

Finally, it was Josie’s turn. Everyone craned their necks, eagerly waiting to see how she would conclude the artwork.

She didn’t reach for the paintbrush. Instead, she walked over to where the flower baskets were displayed, snagged a stalk of wheat, and dipped it in paint of a similar color.
