Sophie’s pov When I ordered a cup of coffee the woman serving me looked at me a bit strangely.

Was it weird that I felt for coffee at this hour? I mean people usually drank coffee in the morning but it wasn’t that crazy to see someone drink coffee at noon.

But maybe it wasn’t weird to me because I worked at a diner where most customers or dered coffee at any time of the day.

“Thank you.” I thanked the woman as I try to hold the box of donuts, the box of cupcakes, and the two cups of black coffee in my arms. It was a bit of a struggle to fit them all but I man aged.
