Sophie’s pov

‘Who was it?” I questioned when Aiden ends the call and pushes the phone back into

his pocket.

‘No one important, just a damn reporter. They asked for information about my arrest.”

His jaw popped when he responded stiffly.

I sighed, resting my head on his shoulder. ‘At least they haven’t asked you about your

alleged marriage contract to Lillian.’ I grumble bitterly.
