"She's drunk," Frank replied quietly, not interested in jokes.

"Drunk? You're kidding!"

Meg laughed. "Ms. Fisher is famously a great drinker. She's obviously faking it so that you'd go for it! Can't you be more considerate toward a lady? "It's great!" Meg nodded. "I've gotten used to being busy too, and there's money in it anyway, so I don't mind the work."
