The Man’s Decree

“Dad, look! Someone's there,” Chev said while pointing at Jared and his party not far away.

Upon noticing the group of people ahead, Cameron furrowed his brows as well, looking tense. After all, every cultivator who was there was after the treasure.

“Mr. Chance, look over there. There are people approaching.” At that moment, Kaison also noticed members of the Nesser family.

Jared lifted his gaze, unleashing a massive wave of spiritual sense at the group of newcomers.

Although it was considered rude for strangers to probe each other with their spiritual sense without cause, one had to practice constant vigilance in that vast snowy expanse.

“F*ck! It was you who killed our Bloodthirsty Thunderhawks? Are you seeking death?” Chev bellowed, then ordered members of the Nesser family to surround Jared's party.

Ever since Cameron consumed the heavenly thunder fruit and ascended to the peak of Ninth Level Body Fusion Realm, Chev became significantly more arrogant, thinking that his father was now invincible.

Cameron stared at Jared with animosity. His hostility didn't stem from the killing of his Bloodthirsty Thunderhawks. Instead, it was because of the heavenly thunder fruits.

Back then, Jared had taken three heavenly thunder fruits from the heavenly thunder tree in Hawk King Cave.

Looking at Jared, who was just a Fourth Level Body Fusion Realm cultivator, Cameron reckoned Jared had yet to consume the three heavenly thunder fruits. If the three heavenly thunder fruits are still in his possession, the prices they can fetch are no lesser than the Ice Soul Pill! If I can obtain three heavenly thunder fruits, it won't matter whether I locate the treasure or not!

Right then, Cloud stepped forward. “I didn't expect you, members of the Nesser family, to be here too!”

Chev sized up Cloud. “Who are you?”

“I'm the scion of Stellaris Sect, Cloud Seizon,” Cloud introduced himself.

“I see. You're the scion of Stellaris Sect. What are you doing with these people?” Cameron asked.

“They're my friends. Mr. Nesser, killing your Bloodthirsty Thunderhawks is a misunderstanding. If you require compensation, I'll ensure your family is handsomely reimbursed when I return to Stellaris Sect,” Cloud said to Cameron.
