The Mysterious Billionaire

Paige closed her door and sat at the edge of her bed. She then picked up her phone and called Joseph again.

This time, he answered the call. His tone was very cold, "What's the matter?"

"He's just a friend," Isabella replied, but she was unwilling to say more. Sophia thought that it was weird and she was sure that Isabella was hiding something from her.

After the man left, Isabella and Sophia did not rest either. They sat on the sofa and waited for his news.

An hour later, he called them and said, "The password has been unlocked. I'll get someone to transfer the money immediately."

"Great!" Isabella was ecstatic, but also a little worried. "This is a big sum. Will we be suspected?"
