“Don’t you know me yet? Romeo smirked with a devilish grin on his face. “I may not be Mr. Nice Guy, but I’m not a man without standards or principles. Rest assured, I’ll wait until Bella is my wife”

“That day’s never coming“” David retorted.

As Romeo got into the car, David rushed up to the window to speak to Bella. “Bella, if this guy gives you any trouble, call me straight away. I’ll handle him myself. And get home early! If you run into any trouble or anything you can’t handle, I’ve got your back.”
