I didn’t know how long I stayed wrapped up in Riley’s arms as we hugged each other under the tree. I couldn’t stop sobbing. My heart was so full of love for him, and I wanted to tell him that, but I didn’t have the courage. Not yet.

For now, it was enough that he said he wanted me here with him. Because there’s nothing in the world I want more right now than to be with him.
