“Who dares…” The chancellor opened the door and was about to yell at Skylar. However, as soon as he noticed what Skylar was doing, he was completely stunned.

“Is this the legendary Dragon Scales procedure? I… I can’t believe that I’m lucky enough to bear witness to such a legend!”

The chancellor looked incredibly excited as he watched Skylar’s every move.
