Before Elisa could finish her sentence, she was cut off by the cold and indifferent Gareth, "I'm not in the mood to have dinner with you." He said before walking upstairs.

Her smile froze at his words, and Gareth didn't even bother to spare a glance at her.

His gaze flickered as he reflected on this memory. Elisa had frantically put away something at his appearance as if she didn't want him to see whatever she was doing.

The thing that she hid from him looked like a design sketch.

"Garry?" Monica's voice jolted Gareth back to reality.

She had been observing her son and noticed his mood swings. Monica asked, "What are you thinking?"

"Nothing," Gareth said lightly.

Darren gazed at Gareth again and asked, "What will you do about this situation?"

Gareth snorted coldly, "Their cooperation has been set. Rene refused to work with me, so what else can I do?"

"Regret?! There's no need to regret if she really is Rene Caovilla! Has she contributed anything after marrying into the Wickam family? If she truly is Rene, there's more reason for her to cooperate with us. But has she designed any drafts for us? So, stop making a fool out of yourself!"
