Rylee got upstairs and lay on the bed after finishing her food. Joseph stayed in the room, and he leaned by the wardrobe. Rylee had closed her eyes. Joseph looked at Rylee and told her in an earnest tone, which rarely seen on him, “Rylee, I’ll be by your side no matter what happens. You won’t have to be afraid of anything.”
