"Got it, Dad," Sebastian said. "It is already on the agenda, isn't it? It is going to happen soon."

"The sooner the better!" Philip kept bobbing his head up and down in agreement.

He couldn't help thinking how he had led a life with Lady Luck by his side.

Just when he had thought that he would never be blessed with a child in his lifetime, his wife suddenly got pregnant with a baby boy who had lived up to their family name since his young age. Sebastian was exactly the type of boy people would often compare their sons to. Not only was he capable and had good character, he was also pleasing on the eyes. Philip had never needed to worry about Sebastian.

Now that his health wasn't the best due to old age, he was always worried that his son would be alone with no one beside him after Philip passed on. All of a sudden, he had two grandsons pop out of nowhere!

His grandsons were even smarter and more adorable than his son was back in the day. On top of that, a gentle, beautiful and reasonable woman came as a package with his grandsons.

Sebastian didn't even have to do much, and he already had a wife and kids.

Just what kind of extreme good luck was Philip blessed with?

He could even go to his grave with a smile even if he were to pass away immediately after his son and Madeline had their wedding, and had finally formed their own little family.

"Alright, Dad. I will make the necessary arrangements as soon as possible," Sebastian assured him before he suddenly brought up another issue. "Dad, other than the wedding talk, I have something else to tell you."

"Go on!" Philip chortled.

"Dad, Ann drugged me last night."

"What?" The smile on Philip's face instantly disappeared when he heard that.

"It is exactly as I said," Sebastian revealed the truth. "I was working overtime in the company last night when Mrs. Emma suddenly brought Ann to my company. She said that she was passing by and wanted to drop by to see me. They brought me a late-night snack, and they had a cup of coffee prepared for me. Ann spiked the coffee."

"What kind of drug was it? Does it affect your body?" Philip's eyes quickly darted from Sebastian's head to his toes.

Although he knew that Sebastian should be fine since he was sitting next to him without a problem, the older man still couldn't stop worrying about his only son.

His wife had given her all into giving birth to their bloodline.

He couldn't bear the thought of his son having even the smallest and mildest of accidents!

"Dad, don't worry. It was not poison. She gave me an aphrodisiac. It was unpleasant after I took it, but I was fine after it was cured."

"Aphrodisiac?" Philip glared at Ann and roared, "Are you crazy? Sebastian has a wife and children! You actually gave him an aphrodisiac?"

Ann's face quickly turned pale at that. "Mr. Philip, I am also a victim of someone's scheme! I didn't know that the coffee was drugged. I don't know who did it. It has nothing to do with me..."

Ann and Emma had already guessed that Sebastian would tell Philip about last night when Philip suddenly invited them over out of nowhere.

With that in mind, they had discussed and decided beforehand that they would not admit to their crimes no matter what.

They would insist that they didn't know who the culprit was, and that they weren't the ones who did it no matter what Philip and Sebastion might say. They would tell the men that they didn't know anything, and the incident had nothing to do with them.

As expected, Sebastian really told on them to Philip.

Now that she was panicking and afraid, Ann had no choice but to use the method she and her mother had agreed on.

"You were not the one who put in the aphrodisiac? Do I look like a fool to you?" Philip heavily slammed the coffee table. "There is no one who doesn't know what you think of Sebastian. Has he not made himself clear? It is because I kept educating him to treat you nicer for your mother's sake that he is respecting my wishes and not treating you like a complete stranger. How dare you drug him?! Y-You little sh*t! "

Philip proceeded to grab the glass in front of him and angrily threw it at her feet.

Ann shuddered in fright and her tears fell immediately. "Mr. Philip, you have to believe me. I don't know who framed me. I am telling the truth. I really didn't know that something was mixed in with the coffee. I have been framed…"

"Stop making excuses." It was Sebastian who spoke this time. As he looked at her, he spat, "I have found the person who sold you the drug. Do you want to see him?"

Subconsciously, she yelled, "That is impossible!"

Ann had bought the drug a few months ago. The only reason she hadn't drugged Sebastian was because her mother was not in Dusktown then, and she had no one to create the opportunity for her.

She had practically camouflaged herself when she went and got the drug. She couldn't even recognize herself in the mirror. Moreover, she had bought it at a lawless underground clubhouse. She was sure that she did not come across anyone she knew when she bought the drug too. And even if she did, she had disguised herself to the point her own mother wouldn't have recognized her. It was impossible that Sebastian had found the person who sold her the drug!

Hearing her outburst, Sebastian sneered and took out his phone to dial Quinton's number. "Bring him in," he barked as soon as the call got through.

"Yes, sir!" Quinton's dutiful response came from the other end of the line.

It didn't take long after the phone call before a knock came from the door of the living room. Quinton and Weylam then came in while dragging a young man in with them.

Ann couldn't hide the shock on her face when her eyes fell on the man's face.

It actually was the man who sold her the drug a few months back!

How is this possible?

How did Sebastian find him after so many months?
