"I just sipped a tiny bit…" Rowan was regretting his decision too. He knew very well that he was allergic to alcohol, but he didn't expect it to be this serious.

The booze merely touched his lips, but it was enough to make him go dizzy and light-headed. He was currently so drowsy that he struggled to keep his eyes open.

Seeing that, Leigh went over to check on him. "He'll be fine after getting some sleep."

"There is a suite downstairs," Madeline said to Rowan. "I'll take you over there so you can rest. I'll come and wake you when we're leaving."

Madison volunteered, "Let me take him."

Leigh rolled her eyes. "I'll call Lucas over. This is his clubhouse, so let him take Rowan there."

Madison quickly uttered, "Leigh, don't trouble him. I'll just send Rowan over."

"Don't worry about it," Leigh insisted as she left the room like a gust of wind.

"Don't bother her," Madeline chuckled. "She just wants an excuse to see Lucas."

Soon, Leigh came over with Lucas.

Lucas greeted everyone politely and asked Rowan with concern, "How do you feel? Do you want me to take you to the hospital?"

"What are you talking about?" Leigh rolled her eyes at him. "Are you doubting my professionalism?"

Lucas remained silent. Well, then. He almost forgot the woman standing beside him was a professional doctor. Besides, his brother was just next door! He, too, was an expert in the medical field!

"I'm fine," Rowan replied in a daze. "I'm just dizzy. That's all."

"Then you should be fine," Lucas remarked. "I'll accompany you downstairs where there are a few available rooms for my use. They are very clean too, so you can rest assured."

"Thanks, Lucas." Rowan thought both Sebastian and Lucas were nice people.

Although they were sons of a wealthy and prominent family, they had always been polite to Madeline's colleagues. They were graceful but not arrogant, elegant but not repulsive. They didn't look down on them just because they were born with a silver spoon.

Over the years, Rowan had traveled around a lot with his elder brother and met many people. Among the people whose family status was inferior to Sebastian and Lucas, most of them weren't even as outstanding in various aspects, but they were arrogant and would easily look down on others. Before meeting Sebastian and Lucas, he had worried that they would be like those people who constantly had their noses in the air and despised people of lower status.

Thinking about it now, he realized that he was just overthinking. Madeline and Leigh wouldn't have fallen for men like that!

After Lucas and Leigh took Rowan to the suite downstairs, Rowan fell asleep as soon as his head touched the pillow.

Lucas was a little worried. "Is he asleep, or has he passed out?"

"He fell asleep," answered Leigh. "Don't worry. He'll be as good as new after sleeping for an hour or two."

"That's a relief." The two then exited the room, closed the door, and walked away.

"Maddie is going on a honeymoon with your elder brother in a few days. Are you going?" Leigh asked Lucas.

"No," answered Lucas. "I have to stay in the company to take over my brother's job when he's not around."

"Okay then." Leigh added, "I'm not going if you're not."

Lucas thereafter said in response, "You can go if you want to. You don't have to worry about me."

Since his brother and his sister-in-law were going to take their two children with them, they would bring drivers and bodyguards along to help them take care of the children. It wouldn't be troublesome at all if Leigh tagged along.

"What's the point of going alone when you're not coming? Do you expect me to watch your brother and Maddie display affection for each other? Aren't you worried that I'd get jealous to the bone and seek revenge on them?!" retorted Leigh.

"Will you do that?" Lucas asked wryly.

"Of course, not. I was just joking! Old Master Penham may have recovered, but Luna Penham and Harvey Walker are still in the middle of their treatment. If I left Dusktown, they would either have to stop their treatment or come with me. If they were to make a choice, they would definitely come with me. It'll be fine that I became a third-wheeler to your brother and Maddie, but don't you think it'll be awkward if Luna and Harvey were to tag along?"

"Forget it then!" stated Lucas.

If Leigh went with Lucas' brother and sister-in-law, they could treat it as bringing a family doctor along. However, if they were to bring Luna and Harvey with them, Lucas' brother would despise them to death!

"Exactly. So, we can just forget it." Leigh shrugged regretfully and tilted her head. "When we go on our honeymoon, we better plan a long trip to make up for the regret of not being able to go this time!"

Thinking about it now, he realized that he was just overthinking. Madeline and Leigh wouldn't have fallen for men like that!

Lucas was rendered speechless. Honeymoon…

Were they even in a relationship? Why was she already talking about their honeymoon?
