Matthew smiled at the look of seriousness on Clarissa’s face.

Matthew knew that she valued his opinion, but it was her artistic ideal that mattered the most to her.

Matthew could think of no better way for Clarissa to express her love for him than what she had already done.

Clarissa smiled as her hand lay softly against his cheek.
