His Immense Desires

CHAPTER 43 : THE RECONCILIATION

THE RECONCILIATION

"I definitely know where to find her, this friendship must definitely work out", Janelle said with voice filled with determination.

Janelle picked up her bag and left, she tried remembering the exact place they always met when they were younger.

It was just one place she remembered, it was at the back of a Catholic cathedral church, which led to an open stream.

That was where they always stayed, whenever they needed to clear their head or wanted to spend time together.

Immediately she was out of the gate of the university, she flagged a cab down.

The driver rolled his window down, Janelle grimaced as she saw the brown and toothless teethof the old man.

She had a second thought of flagging another cab down, but she decided to go for the later, since she was so keen on getting her bestfriend back.

"Good afternoon sir, please St Patrick's cathedral", Janelle said.

The old man nodded his head and told her to come in.

She tried opening the handle of the door, but it could not open.

The old man told her to follow the other side of the door, since the other handle of the door she first wanted to open was faulty.

She ran over and opened it, she hopped into the car.

"Sir please, hurry up", she said.

"Friend or lover, ya wanna see, looks like it seems so important to ya", the driver said, looking at her from the rearview mirror.

He grinned wildly waiting for Janelle's response.

"Friend", Janelle replied.

"Actually it's a bestfriend, we had a little misunderstanding and this is just the only chance I have to correct it, you know no one is perfect, so....", Janelle added.

"I perfectly understand", the main said giving her a knowing smile as he began driving faster than before.

They reached fastly, Janelle came down from the car, opened her purse, brought out some wad of notes, gave it to the man, and thanked him.

"Remember to say all the right words, and whatever has been hurting you before both of ya quarrelled, ya definitely have to let her know", the chauffeur said, as Janelle gave him a loving smile, thanked him and left.
