Drake, who had been tracking the escaped James, had yet to return.

It was not until the next morning that he came back to report to Dustin.

His face was quite grim.

"Any news? Where did James go?" Dustin asked with a faint smile.

He had absolute faith in Drake's skills. It was almost impossible for him to lose a target.

Drake's unusually serious expression, however, hinted that this was no ordinary situation.

"My Liege, I shadowed him all night. At first, he was extremely cautious and took a convoluted route. But eventually, he headed straight to one place... The Barbenheim Institution at the heart of Grayvale," he said in a low voice. Dustin's brows furrowed slightly.

The Barbenheim Institution...

He had long suspected a connection between the Williams family and the massacre of the Fox family.

His dealings with the Williams family were extensive. After all, he had personally killed Lord Barbenheim and both his sons.

Lord Barbenheim and his eldest son had been slain in secret, while Arthur was executed in public, which had caused a major uproar.

Yet, strangely enough, the Barbenheim Institution remained eerily quiet. No words and no action were taken against him. Nothing at all! Speculations arose, but Dustin paid it no mind.

But Dustin had not expected James to have ties to the Barbenheim Institution.

"Who did he meet with?" Dustin asked calmly.

Drake's face grew grave.

"My Liege, the person he met with... was Lord Barbenheim," he said and enunciated every word.

Dustin's composure faltered.

"What did you just say?!" He shot to his feet.

The name struck a nerve.

""Lord Barbenheim..."

Had he not killed him with his own hands at the Wyatt family villa?

"My Liege, I'm certain of it. It was Lord Barbenheim himself!" Drake insisted resolutely.

He handed over a pair of glasses. It had a sophisticated miniature camera within.
