Dustin's brows furrowed.

"Whoever wants to investigate that, eliminate them," Lord Barbenheim commanded with his voice carrying the same authority as before.

"What happened to your injuries? Were you attacked?" the person next to Lord Barbenheim asked.

James's expression darkened.

"The Outlaws Department has issued an arrest order for Dustin. I sent two agents to capture him from Grayvale, but they were useless. They didn't even last against a single strike from him, so I had to come in person to take him away.... "But who would've thought Dustin would be so powerful? Even I wasn't his match. To make matters worse, Martial Saint level black market initiates are protecting him...

"Given the circumstances, I stood no chance. I was injured and came here to report to you."

Hearing this, Lord Barbenheim and the man next to him frowned.

"Dustin is only in his early twenties, isn't he? Yet you couldn't defeat him?" Lord Barbenheim's voice turned serious.

Even James, as the top Mystic Agent of the Outlaws Department, felt suffocated.
